how do you get rid of low cholesterol?

Question by : how do you get rid of low cholesterol?
everyone's worried about high cholesterol but I have only 60 beats per minute which means i have a very low cholesterol . if anyone can tell me how to get a higher cholesterol that'll be great .

Your heart rate has absolutely nothing to do with your lipids (cholesterol). A heart rate of 60 beats per minute is quite normal and there would be no reason to try and increase your heart rate. In theory any effort to increase your heart rate would be detrimental. If I may be of further assistance please let me know. I wish you the very best of health and in all things may God bless. JR

Low blood pressure can be a problem for some people. You probably want to see your doctor.
You could have a lack of sodium or a various array of other problems, but it is almost surely not cholesterol.

Just eat and do the opposite of what people with high cholesterol problems do.
