Excellent Product,
for those of us who are of “certain age.” This covers most of the essential vitamin and mineral bases, and you don’t have to add too many more supplements beyond calcium and fish oil and maybe CoQ10. Unlike another reviewer, I have had no problem taking this capsule, and I do not find it to be over-sized. Amazon’s price is right. I think it’s a good deal in every respect.

|Elderly woman with Parkinson’s Disease doing well on this supplement,
I tried numerous multi-vitamins on my elderly relative with advanced Parkinsons. She had trouble with all of them: too hard to swallow, bad taste so she refused them, chewables too hard to chew,and so on. Some simply did not have the proper nutrients in them.
I finally tried this one. 6 weeks later, she has improved in her cognition and happiness and appears to have more energy.
I am surprised to hear that some people find this pill is hard to swallow. One of the problems in Parkinson’s is the increasing inability to swallow. Apparently this pill is shaped in a way that makes it easier for my relative to swallow.
I do wish that supplement makers would put the pill size and shape on the outside of the bottle. NOW does that on some of their supplements. Lots of people have swallowing problems, and should not have to buy a product simply to find out it is too hard to swallow.
There are ingredients I wish I could change the Centrum Silver Women’s Ultra, however, I finally found a multi-supplement that my relative can use for now.

|Good multi-vitamin for women of a certain age.,
One’s body changes as we age and therefore we need different vitamins to meet these new needs and Centrum Ultra Silver fits the bill. I particularly like the fact that when scientists find new vitamins and minerals which are necessary for older women that the manufacturer takes heed and adds and/or deletes some of what is in the formulary. I’m a loyal customer!
